Every single item from The Ugly Sweater Co. is custom printed on demand. When your order is placed, it undergoes a thorough prepress review by our digital artists to ensure high-definition print alignment and flawless typography before entering production.

• Peak Holiday Rush: During late November and December, production runs 24/7 to guarantee rapid turnaround.

3. 2026 Pre-Christmas Delivery Deadlines & Guarantee

To guarantee that your funny ugly sweaters arrive in time for Christmas Eve and your holiday festivities, please place your orders before our official carrier cutoff deadlines:

• Standard Shipping Cutoff: Order by December 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.
• USPS Priority Rush Cutoff: Order by December 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.

Orders placed on or before these dates are 100% backed by our Pre-Christmas Delivery Guarantee. If carrier delays cause an on-time order to arrive after Christmas Eve, we will issue a full refund of any rush shipping fees paid.

4. Tracking Your Shipment

The moment your package is scanned into the USPS or UPS sorting facility, an automated shipment notification containing your clickable Tracking Number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow 24 hours from receiving your tracking number for the carrier portal to update with the initial departure scan.

5. Address Corrections & Modifications

If you made an error in your shipping address, please email support@theuglysweaterco.shop within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered final packaging or received an active carrier label, routing modifications may incur carrier redirection delays.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages Protocol

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please check your porch, building reception, or neighbors. If the package remains missing after 48 hours, or if tracking shows no movement for 10 consecutive business days, contact our team at support@theuglysweaterco.shop and we will file a carrier claim and dispatch a replacement package immediately.
