While we strive to display mockups and photos with highest optical fidelity, subtle variations in screen color calibration, print placement, and fabric texture may occur.

3. User Conduct & Custom Text Standards

Customers may submit personalized names, initials, or jokes for custom printing. We fully support cheeky, hilarious, and irreverent holiday humor! However, we reserve the right to decline or cancel print requests that contain hate speech, illegal defamation, incitement of violence, or unlawful harassment.

4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other approved electronic methods via Stripe. State and local sales taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping destination.

5. Pre-Christmas Shipping & Fulfillment

We guarantee rapid prepress turnaround (1–2 business days) and dispatch orders via tracked US carriers (USPS and UPS). While we guarantee on-time dispatch for orders placed before our posted holiday cutoffs, carrier delays caused by extreme weather or national transit anomalies remain subject to carrier terms.

All original artwork, mockups, photography, website layout, and branding on TheUglySweaterCo.shop are protected intellectual property of Quang Vu Tran LLC. Our novelty humor designs are original parody works created for social entertainment and do not imply endorsement by third-party entities.
