Frequently Asked Questions

When will my sweater arrive?

Standard tracked shipping takes 3–6 business days after 1–2 days of production. USPS Priority Rush takes 2–3 business days. All orders placed by December 15 (Standard) or December 18 (Priority) are guaranteed for delivery before Christmas Eve.

What if I chose the wrong size?

Our unisex fleece sweaters follow standard US relaxed sizing. If you have questions before ordering, check our size chart in the product customizer. If your delivered sweater has sizing discrepancies, email our support team and we will assist under our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee!
